  • ABOUT SPECIALTY DRINK SERVICES

We are a venue with comprehensive services, providing anything you could need - from engagement to ceremony to honeymoon, we can plan it.

Rental of Signature Manor ballroom includes use of the venue for 5 event hours, a set up of 2 hours prior to your event start time and an hour of teardown. Additional setup or teardown time can be purchased at $375/hour. For additional event time added prior to the event day, the fee of $900/hour covers venue rental only. To reserve your date, we firstly require a signed contract. Typically, our deposit amount is $2,000 or a non-refundable deposit that is equal to 20% of your total event cost.

Signature Manor invites you to use your own preferred vendor, but requires prior approval as well as proof of insurance and licensing. All vendors with the exception of planners/officiants require a security deposit to be paid from the vendor to Signature Manor. The security deposit serves to cover minor damages that would not be covered due to the requirement to meet insurance deductibles. The client agrees to assume all financial responsibility for uninsured vendors which are not provided through Signature Manor.

No. TABC certification requires all beverages be provided by the venue and our skilled bartenders can assist in selections or find the item you need. 

We have free on-site parking. However, valet services are available for an additional cost.

Signature Manor has a wonderful in-house chef that can prepare a pre-selected menu or assist you with creating a personalized menu for your event. In addition, Signature Manor does allow the use of outside caterers. These caterers must be licensed, insured and approved by Signature Manor staff prior to the event. The use of an outside caterer for any event will incur additional costs to be determined by Signature Manor staff. In case of damages and cleaning, we charge a $300 refundable deposit. 
 

We cater events outside of the Manor as well. 

Specialty drink service is a growing trend in the event industry and significantly more cost effective than having a full bar for your event. Instead of having a full bar, a professional Signature Manor bartender will create a drink or two to serve to guests that keeps with the theme of the event. To add more fun, opt to have this specialty drink flowing out of an ice sculpture for guests to enjoy. 

Food - Catering with Signature Manor includes basic white linens, china, flatware, and serving utensils (depending on service style).
Beverage - All beverage service includes appropriate glassware. See beverage pac kages for additional inclusions based on service choice.

You name it! We have over 1.7 million products that can be personalized to cater to yours corporate seminar, convention, special event, or wedding.

Guests will be served a choice of 1-3 different mixed drinks that adhere to the theme of the event. Drink choices may be made by batch or by hand upon order. If by batch, host will incur charges for the cost of each batch that is made. If made upon order, guest will incur the cost based on consumption which will be added to the master account. Specialty drink pricing will be determined based on the chosen beverage(s).

Specialty drink service requires the set up of a private bar and a bartender. Private bar set-up includes a fee per bar. Signature Manor reserves the right to require more than one private bar set-up for events with more than 150 guests. One bartender is required per every 100 guests. Guests must have cash to utilize the cash bar.

Any special requests for beer, wine and/or champagne must be made one month in advance. Any purchases that reflect special bar requests are solely the responsibility of the event host. Due to liability, any leftover beer, wine and/or champagne from special requests become the property of Signature Manor.
