What is included with the facility rental?

Rental of Signature Manor ballroom includes use of the venue for 5 event hours, a set up of 2 hours prior to your event start time and an hour of teardown. Additional setup or teardown time can be purchased at $375/hour. For additional event time added prior to the event day, the fee of $900/hour covers venue rental only.
