Can I bring my own vendors?
Signature Manor invites you to use your own preferred vendor, but requires prior approval as well as proof of insurance and licensing. All vendors with the exception of planners/officiants require a security deposit to be paid from the vendor to Signature Manor. The security deposit serves to cover minor damages that would not be covered due to the requirement to meet insurance deductibles. The client agrees to assume all financial responsibility for uninsured vendors which are not provided through Signature Manor.
